At EZPK, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of beauty, personal care, and hygiene-related products, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product was missing from your order.
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos showing the product and packaging (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

  • We shipped the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective,

EZPK may cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition.
  • Parts or accessories are missing for reasons not caused by EZPK.
  • The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to assist with the investigation and resolution process.

9. Exchange Policy

We currently replace or exchange products only when they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, any shipping, handling, customs, or return fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
