Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations
EZPK currently ships to customers within Bangladesh, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations where available.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
- Bangladesh: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight and dimensions

From time to time, EZPK may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be clearly stated during checkout.

EZPK is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, investigation timelines may vary depending on the courier service.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
11. Delivery Completion
An order will be considered successfully delivered when it is delivered to the address provided during checkout or accepted by an individual at that address.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
